About the event

Information Architect Peter Van Dijck presented an overview of some of the procedures and deliverables that an information architect (IA) contributes to a typical web project.

Drawing on his experience with several multinational companies, he explained the role of an IA throughout the project life cycle and also the methods that can be applied to understand the user's requirements and ensure a clear, user-centred information structure for a site.
